The reward is triggered by the client's first payment received (for an audit or a retainer), not by a signed contract, a meeting, or an intro. We pay the one-time part once we receive the first payment, and the recurring commission then accrues from each further payment received.
We pay commission out quarterly, and every payment comes with a clear report showing the referred client, the amount received, and the commission.
