Before
Deliveries were planned manually over the phone and on paper
Delivery requests came in by phone and were written down on paper. The operator took the calls manually, planned manually, and communicated back to the site manually.
Once utilization started to grow, it was clear that the current process would not scale long term without adding another person.

What we built
A voice AI agent that creates the plan by itself
We deployed a voice AI agent connected to the internal system. The site manager calls in and describes the request in plain language — the AI agent processes it and automatically creates a record in the planning module.
The operator no longer transcribes calls or handles every request manually. They check the finished plans and only deal with exceptions.
