Get Fleet manages more than 1,000 couriers for platforms such as Foodora and Bolt Food and handles everything — from payouts and fees to gear, contracts, notifications, and support.
The biggest problem was managing payouts. Each pay cycle the team manually recalculated data from spreadsheets using complex macros. The whole process took roughly an hour, was error-prone, and depended on specific people.
