Problem
Enterprise tools are needlessly complex for small teams
The project started as an alternative to robust enterprise tools, which are often needlessly complex for smaller teams.
The priority is a simple environment, quick orientation, and efficient work management without superfluous processes and features the team will not actually use.
Solution
Project management with only the essentials
Kevelio is built around the core principles of organizing work — projects, tasks, priorities, and a workflow overview. We emphasize speed of work, a simple interface, and minimal administration.
- Project management — projects, tasks, priorities, and backlog in one environment
- A kanban board for visualizing the workflow
- Sprints and planning into time-boxed units
- Built-in timers and statistics on tasks
- An AI assistant with support for your own API key

Project status
We currently use Kevelio internally in real operation during product development. It is not yet publicly open source, but in the future we plan to open the code and offer self-hosting.
- A simple environment without unnecessary complexity
- Quick orientation and minimal administration
- Deployed internally in live operation
- Planned open-source release and self-hosting
